Born into a family that had been in the hospitality industry for generations in Bavaria, Germany, I was privileged to grow up around incredibly talented chefs, their food and those who enjoyed it. It inspired my lifelong love for taking ingredients and creating conventional and unconventional meals…..

After raising a family here in the US and pursuing a sales career I have come back to what I love most: creating and sharing food! During the pandemic, I started a small, homegrown dinner service, which became popular with friends, neighbors, and the local community. 

This experience was a revelation by bringing forth a wonderful sense of community in my neighborhood, while also allowing me to indulge in spending endless time in the kitchen.

During my corporate career I gained the understanding that excellent communication is the foundation for a team to perform at its best. I took that knowledge and designed programs that use food as a vehicle to foster communication skills in a fun, engaging and creative way.
